Nerekhta (Russian: Не́рехта) is a town in Kostroma Oblast, Russia. Population: 19,977 (2021 Census);[7] 22,828 (2010 Census);[3] 26,002 (2002 Census);[8] 29,295 (1989 Soviet census).[9]
