Newark Valley is a town in Tioga County, New York, United States. The population is 4,097 according to the town's website,[1] while the U.S. census estimates it currently to be 3,604. The town is named after the city of Newark, New Jersey.
The Town of Newark Valley contains a village also named Newark Valley. The town is located in the northeast part of the county and is northwest of Binghamton.
