Nikolai Nikolaevich Himmer (Russian: Никола́й Никола́евич Xиммер); commonly known as Nikolai Sukhanov (Russian: Никола́й Суха́нов) (9 December [O.S. 27 November] 1882 – 29 June 1940) was a Russian Menshevik Internationalist and chronicler of the Russian Revolution. On June 29, 1940, he was convicted on false charges by the Soviet government and shot. After Stalin's death he was rehabilitated.
