Novoanninsky (Russian: Новоа́ннинский) is a town and the administrative center of Novoanninsky District in Volgograd Oblast, Russia, located on the Buzuluk River (Don's basin), 254 kilometers (158 mi) northwest of Volgograd, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 17,912 (2010 Census);[3] 19,472 (2002 Census);[7] 20,922 (1989 Soviet census).[8]
