Nutley High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school in the Township of Nutley, in Essex County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Nutley Public Schools. The school's colors are maroon and gray.[3] The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1928.[4] Students pursue an appropriate academic program to prepare for post-secondary education or for employment.
As of the 2022–23 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,132 students and 94.1 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.0:1. There were 104 students (9.2% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 21 (1.9% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.[2]
