Dr. Okoi Arikpo (1969)

Dr. Okoi Arikpo (20 September 1916 – 26 October 1995[1])[2][3][better source needed] was a Nigerian chemist, anthropologist, lawyer, politician and diplomat. He served as the foreign minister of Nigeria.[4]
