The Old Permic script (Komi: ะ’ะฐะถ ะŸะตั€ั‹ะผ ะณะธะถำงะผ, ๐ฎโ€Ž๐๐• ๐Ÿ๐”๐ ๐จ๐œ ๐’๐™๐•๐ž๐œ, Vaลพ Perym giลพรถm), sometimes known by its initial two characters as Abur or Anbur, is a "highly idiosyncratic adaptation"[2] of the Cyrillic script once used to write medieval Komi (a member of the Permic branch of Finno-Ugric languages).[1]
