Oleg Dmitriyevich Baklanov (Russian: Олег Дмитриевич Бакланов, Ukrainian: Олег Дмитрович Бакланов; 17 March 1932 – 28 July 2021[1]) was a Soviet politician, and high functionary in government and industry. He was a scientist and businessman. As Minister of General Machine Building, he was responsible for the Soviet space industry during the 1980s.
