Olusegun Olutoyin Aganga Listen (born 1955) is a Nigerian who served as the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment of Nigeria from 2011 to 2015. He was first nominated by President Olusegun Obasanjo and appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan as the Minister of Finance from 6 April 2010 to June 2011.
