Omar Teodoro Antonio Minaya y Sánchez (born November 10, 1958), whose nickname is O, is a Dominican baseball executive. He is the special assistant to the general manager of the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball. He previously served as general manager for the New York Mets and the Montreal Expos.
