Co-written with and produced by Sam Watters and Louis Biancaniello, the song was released as the album's second single on February 25, 2002, by Daylight Records and Epic Records. It was the first single from Freak of Nature to be released in the United States, peaking at number one on the Billboard Dance Club Play chart.
