Onimim Ernestina Jacks (née Briggs) (born 4 December 1961, also known as Onimim E. Briggs-Jacks) is a Nigerian lawyer who served from June 2015 to September 2017 as the Rivers State Commissioner of Agriculture.[1][2] She is a member of the Rivers State People's Democratic Party.
