Otter Tail County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, its population was 60,081.[1] Its county seat is Fergus Falls.[2] Otter Tail County comprises the Fergus Falls micropolitan statistical area. With 1,048 lakes in its borders, Otter Tail County has more lakes than any other county in the United States.[3]
