Oulu (/ˈuːluː/ OO-loo) is a town in Bayfield County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 560 at the 2020 census, up from 527 at the 2010 census.[4] The town is named after Oulu, the fifth most populous city of Finland located in the North Ostrobothnia region.
