Palais Royale is an under-construction[8] supertall residential skyscraper in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[9][6] At 320 metres (1,050 ft), it is the tallest topped out building and third tallest structure in India.[10] The building had topped-out in 2018 but the facades and interior of the skyscraper are still under construction.[9] Its completion, previously expected by 30 December 2023,[8] has been delayed due to pending litigation and other external factors, and is now expected by 30 December 2024.[4]
