Palm Center (Houston)

The Palm Center Business and Technology Center,[1] commonly known as Palm Center, is a municipally-owned services complex in southeast Houston, Texas.[2] It is 6 miles (9.7 km) from NRG Stadium and is in proximity to the Third Ward area.[3]

As of 2011 the 26-acre (11 ha) complex includes a 268,000 square feet (24,900 m2) former shopping center,[1] which is one story tall,[2] and the Park at Palm Center (PAPC).[4] The complex is at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Griggs Road.[2] Tenants include small businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits.[5]
