Park Bo-gum (Korean: 박보검; born June 16, 1993) is a South Korean actor. He gained recognition for his diverse range of roles in film and television, notably, a psychopathic lawyer in Hello Monster (2015), a genius Go player in Reply 1988 (2015–2016), a Joseon crown prince in Love in the Moonlight (2016), a free-spirited man who falls for an older woman in Encounter (2018), and a model who overcomes various hardships to become a successful actor in Record of Youth (2020).
Park was the youngest artist to be named Gallup Korea's Television Actor of the Year. He was also the first actor to ever top the Forbes Korea Power Celebrity list.
