Parvathy Thiruvothu Kottuvattaa (born 7 April 1988) is an Indian actress prominently known for her work in Malayalam language films alongside few Tamil and Hindi language films.[2] Her notable accomplishments include receiving a Special Mention National Award, four Filmfare Awards South and two Kerala State Film Awards.

Thiruvothu debuted her acting career with the Malayalam film Out of Syllabus in 2006. Her performance in the Tamil romantic drama Poo (2008) earned her the Filmfare Awards South for Best Actress Tamil. Throughout the next decade, she received widespread recognition for her roles in various Malayalam movies including Bangalore Days (2014) earning her a Filmfare Awards South, Ennu Ninte Moideen (2015) receiving the Kerala State Film Awards for the Best Actress and Charlie (2015) earning a Filmfare Awards South for Best Actress Malayalam.

Her success continued with her leading roles in Take Off (2017), which earned her the IFFI Best Actress Award, National Film Award – Special Mention, and the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress. She then appeared in works such as Uyare, Virus (both 2019), and Puzhu (2022).
