Carolyn Patricia "Pat" Alsup (born September 24, 1950)[1] is a diplomat and former United States Ambassador to the Gambia. She was nominated by President Barack Obama on June 8, 2015, and confirmed by the Senate on October 8, 2015.[2][3]
