Patrick Peterson is a former American middle-distance runner who ran professionally for Atlanta Track Club and Mizuno.[1] He ran collegiately for the Iowa State Cyclones, where he placed 3rd at the 2015 Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800 meter.[2] He was a member of Iowa State's third place distance medley relay team at the 2015 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning First-Team All-America honors[3] and running an 800 m split of 1:46.52, the fastest in the race.[4] He served as an assistant coach for the University of Connecticut track and field team.[5]
