Paul McShane (born 19 November 1989) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a hooker or scrum-half for the Castleford Tigers in the Super League. He is the captain of Castleford.

He has represented England at international level. He has previously played for the Leeds Rhinos (Heritage № 1376), and on loan from Leeds at Hull F.C. (Heritage № 1069), Widnes Vikings and the Hunslet Hawks. He spent two seasons at the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats (Heritage № 1334) before joining Castleford (Heritage № 961) in 2015.

He was named Man of Steel for the 2020 season.
