Pavel Alekseyevich Sivakov (Павел Алексеевич Сиваков; born 11 July 1997) is a French cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates.[4] He is also a citizen of Russia and rode as a Russian until 2 March 2022.[5]
