Payyavula Keshav (born 14 May 1965) is a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh representing the Uravakonda constituency of Anantapur. He is associated with the Telugu Desam Party[1] and contested as an MLA six times from Uravakonda Assembly Constituency in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.[2] He is currently serving as the cabinet minister in the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
