Peggilee Wupperman, Ph.D., is an associate professor of psychology at John Jay College/CUNY Graduate Center, an assistant clinical professor at Yale University School of Medicine, and a licensed psychologist in New York.[1] She is best known for developing Mindfulness and Modification Therapy (MMT), which seeks to address and treat dysfunctional behaviors in individuals.[2]
