Pelle Dragsted (born 13 April 1975) is a Danish author and politician who has been a member of the Folketing for the Red-Green Alliance since the 2022 Danish general election.[1] He formerly served as member of the Folketing in 2015 to 2019.[2]

He has been described as the Danish left's unofficial chief ideologue and as the Red-Green Alliance's grey eminence.[3][4]

Dragsted was elected to the Frederiksberg City Council in 2021, where he served as chair of the climate and housing committee.[5] After winning re-election to the Folketing, Dragsted stepped back from his position as councillor due to rules regarding double mandates in the Red-Green alliance.[6][7]

In August 2023, Dragsted was announced as the new political spokesperson of the Red-Green Alliance, succeeding Mai Villadsen.[8]
