Peter Cowley (born 1955, Kingston upon Hull, England) is a tech entrepreneur, angel investor and speaker based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He is co-founder of Cambridge, UK based VC Martlet Capital.[1] and was President of the European Business Angels Network (EBAN).[2]

He has been suffering from late stage cancer since late 2021 and is helping other sufferers and the people that are their caregivers.[3] His book about his experience of personal tragedy, terminal illness and business successes: Public Success Private Grief [4] was published in April 2024. This was described in the London Times in January 2024.[5]
