Peter Lee Ka Kit, GBM, GBS, JP, L.H. (born 1963), is a businessman and philanthropist from Hong Kong, the elder son of real estate tycoon and majority owner of Henderson Land Development Lee Shau-kee, who is the founder of (HKEx:00012) Henderson Land.

Peter is the Co-Chairman of Henderson Land, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited and the Chairman of Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited. He is currently a Member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the CPPCC, a Member of the National Committee of the CPPCC (1998-), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute, and Honorary President of the Hong Kong China Friendship Association.[8][9][10]
