The Petroleum Division, is a part of Ministry of Energy (Pakistan) responsible for ensuring the availability and security of sustainable supply of oil and gas for economic development and strategic requirements of Pakistan and to coordinate development of natural resources of energy and minerals.[1]

Formerly a separate ministry, it was converted into Petroleum Division and merged into Ministry of Energy in August 2017.[2]
