Phillip Elmer White (May 17, 1900 – May 29, 1982) was an American football back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Kansas City Cowboys and the New York Giants.

He played college football as a halfback for the Oklahoma Sooners and was named first-team All-American by the NEA in 1920.[2][3]

While at Oklahoma, he also lettered on the basketball team.[4]
