Phillip R. Pratt (born May 12, 1955) is an American politician and Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from Kentucky's 62nd House district since January 2017.[1] His district consists of part of Scott County.[2] Pratt is not seeking reelection in 2024.[3]
