Pietro Senex

Pietro Senex[1] (died 1134) was Cardinal-Bishop of Porto from 1102 until his death. He was born probably in Rome.

  1. ^ Brixius, p. 37, appears to indicate that "senex" is a scholarly nickname, not a personal name or a family name. But in the electoral decree for Pope Anacletus II, he subscribes himself "Petrus Senex Portuensis episcopus".
