Pieve San Giacomo (Cremunés: Piéef San Giàcum) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona, Lombardy, Italy. It is located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Milan and about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) east of Cremona.
