Pineapple cake (Chinese: 鳳梨酥; pinyin: fènglísū; Taiwanese Hokkien: 王梨酥 ông-lâi-so͘) is a Taiwanese sweet traditional pastry and dessert containing butter, flour, egg, sugar, and pineapple jam or slices.
