Pinkel is a smoked Kaszanka (‹See Tfd›German: Grützwurst), which is a type of sausage.[1] It is eaten mainly in northwest Germany, especially the region around Oldenburg, Bremen and Osnabrück as well as in East Frisia and Friesland.
