Phillippa Frances Heylings,[2] known as Pippa Heylings, is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for South Cambridgeshire since 2024.[3] She served as a member of the South Cambridgeshire District Council for Histon and Impington between 2018 and 2024[4] and chaired the council's Climate Change and Environment Advisory Committee from inception in 2020 until her resignation.[5]
