Pizza capricciosa (Italian: [ˈpittsa kapritˈtʃoːza, -oːsa]; lit.'capricious/whimsical pizza') is a style of pizza in Italian cuisine prepared with mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms (usually champignons), green and black olives, artichokes, and tomatoes.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] A variant includes anchovies. Although pizza capricciosa has similar ingredients to pizza quattro stagioni, they are arranged differently.
