Places for London, formerly TTL Properties Limited, is the property-owning arm of Transport for London. It was re-branded as Places for London in 2023, as part of a programme of homebuilding.[1][2] As of 2024, it owns and manages over 5,500 acres (2,200 ha) of land throughout London, making it one of London's largest landowners.[3][4][5]

In September 2024 a controversial plan by Places for London to build housing on the car park of Cockfosters tube station which had been previously blocked by central government was approved by the Labour government, allowing it to go ahead.[6]
