Pointe-Noire (French pronunciation: [pwɛ̃t nwaʁ]; Guadeloupean Creole: Pwentnwa) is a commune on Guadeloupe, a French overseas department in the Caribbean. It is located on the northwest coast of the island of Basse-Terre.
