The Police (Scotland) Act 1956 (4 & 5 Eliz. 2. c. 26) was an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

The whole Act, except section 37, was repealed by section 52(1) of, and Part I of the Schedule 5 to, the Police (Scotland) Act 1967. Section 37 was repealed by Part II of Schedule 5 to the Police (Scotland) Act 1967.
