Quentin Dominic Groves (July 5, 1984 – October 15, 2016) was an American football linebacker. He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round of the 2008 NFL draft and played college football at Auburn. He was also a member of the Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Tennessee Titans and the Buffalo Bills.
Groves was named to the Chuck Bednarik Award, Bronko Nagurski Trophy and Ted Hendricks Award, watchlists for the 2007 college football season. Groves was a sack specialist at Auburn and finished tied for the Auburn career sack record at 26.
