Qusar District (Gusar District; Azerbaijani: Qusar rayonu; Lezgian: КцIар район) is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the northeast of the country, in the Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Quba, Qabala, Khachmaz, and the Russian Republic of Dagestan. Its capital and largest city is Qusar.[3] As of 2020, the district had a population of 99,000.[2]
