Radiata Stories[a] is an action role-playing video game. It was developed by tri-Ace and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 2. It was released on January 27, 2005 in Japan and September 6 in North America.

The game received mixed reception in both Japan and in North America upon release, though over time it has developed a loyal fanbase.[1] It sold over 413,000 copies worldwide.[2] Noriyuki Iwadare composed the soundtrack.
