Raymond (ジャック, Jakku, Jack in the original Japanese version) is a character in the Animal Crossing series, having first appeared in the 2020 release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch, as well as an update in the 2017 mobile game Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. He is an anthropomorphic cat who may appear on a player's island in New Horizons and be subsequently recruited as a villager to their island. He also appears in the manga adaptation of New Horizons, and has had merchandise created featuring him, including stickers, magnets, and plushes.

Since his initial reveal, he has gained a fan following, which grew following the release of New Horizons. He was one of the most in-demand villagers in the game, due in part to the fact that he was new and, thus, could not be obtained as a villager using Amiibo cards or figures. Other notable factors that led to his popularity included his personality, appearance, and willingness to dress in a maid outfit, which made him popular with the LGBT community.

His popularity grew to a level that led to the creation of fan-made websites, such as Nookazon and nook.market, where players would buy, sell, and trade villagers, with Raymond being one of the most popular alongside fellow villager Marshal. This has led to him being sold for exorbitant prices, both using in-game currency and items as well as real money. The strong attachment some people had to Raymond led to backlash.
