Raymond To Kwok-Wai (Chinese: 杜國威) (born 13 August 1946) is a Hong Kong contemporary dramatist, screenwriter and film director, with ancestry from Panyu, Guangzhou, China. Raymond's broadcast script was once broadcast in New York by Chung Wah Commercial Broadcast.
