ReNew Energy Global plc is a decarbonisation solutions company  based in India.[3] It is the first Indian renewable energy company to be listed on NASDAQ.[4] ReNew operates more than 140 projects spread across nine states in India.[5] The company provides decarbonisation solutions through a mix of green hydrogen, data-driven solutions, storage, manufacturing, and carbon markets.

Formerly called ReNew Power, the company rebranded itself as ReNew in February 2023.[6]
