Reginald C. Collier (born May 14, 1961) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback. Best known as a dynamic college football star, he had a short-lived professional career in both the United States Football League (USFL) and National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
