Diaz (born December 18, 1945), is a Filipino businessman,[1][2][3] economist and a former congressman[4] who represented the 1st District of Nueva Ecija from 1992 to 1998.[5][6] He is the chairman and President of RVDIAZ Consultancy & Management Corporation, a consultancy firm specializing in facilitating foreign investments in the Philippines.
