The subfamily Reynesocoeloceratinae comprises early Jurassic ammonite genera that lived during Pliensbachian stage. These dactylioceratids existed from Ibex ammonite zone and died out in Spinatum zone. They have evolved from Metaderoceras and gave rise to subfamily Dactylioceratinae.[1]
