Rick (Ricardo) Montano (born July 1, 1950) is a former Suffolk County Legislator from the 9th District, which includes the Town of Islip in west-central Suffolk County. He is a member of the Democratic Party, and the son of former Assemblyman, Armando Montano.[2]
