Richard Edison Uy Yap (born May 18, 1967) is a Filipino actor and recording artist. He is best known for portraying Richard "Sir Chief" Lim in Be Careful with My Heart and "Papa Chen" in My Binondo Girl. At present, he portrays Dr. RJ "Obeng" Tanyag in Abot-Kamay na Pangarap.
